Job Title: Web Programmer
Purpose of the position : Web programmers are responsible for development of web site and web based applications using various technologies like PHP, MySql, AJAX etc
Key responsibilities & duties
Follows directions from Team Lead or Project Lead in developing websites, applications or modules
Experience in Ecommerce Websites, CMS, Shopping Cart, CMS & Application development.
Should have strong fundamentals, good coding standards.
Familiarity with RSS and XML feeds and Web Services (preferred).
Experience of usability, database design and highly efficient web platforms.
Work primarily with PHP, procedural and object-oriented design, dynamic content retrieval, Unit testing techniques, debugging techniques, HTTP, MySQL and Apache.
Good knowledge of HTML/PHP editor like Dreamweaver is must.
Active participation in database structure development.
Effective Coordination with Team Members.
Communication with clients via email, phone or in person.
Developing PHP backend code for pre created site storyboards in HTML
Coordinating with the QA team to resolve bugs
Hosting and implementation of the system on a web server
Work experience & competencies
Undergraduate degree in IT related field
2+ years experience in developing websites.
Good understanding of object oriented programming and programming principles.
Good understanding of the PHP programming language, HTML, Cascading Style Sheets, and JavaScript.
Knowledge of Web protocols and programming requirements.
Knowledge of UNIX operating system (primarily Linux) and Apache.
Strong understanding of relational databases.
Understanding of PERL and CGI protocols

Job Title: Senior Test Engineer
Purpose of the position :The Senior Test Engineer will work within the Quality Assurance Team (QA) and will be responsible for performing and coordinating high level quality testing on the website or webbased applications or modules.
Key responsibilities & duties
Develop QA/test plans to ensure consistent, high-quality releases of web applications that meet design specifications and client requirements.
Test websites and web applications on multiple browsers and platforms.
Learn about and evaluate test management tools and solutions, and propose process improvements.
Perform and manage code deployments.
Work closely with development team to manage testing and deployment processes with ample communication and feedback.
Monitor issue tracking systems and verify problems reported by internal clients.
Highly detailed bug reports for verified issues.
Hosting and implementation of the system on a web server
Work experience & Competencies
Undergraduate degree in IT related field
2+ years experience in website quality assurance or web usability experience.
Experience in with issue/defect/bug tracking systems
Experience in Testing Methodology (test planning, test design, test development and test execution).
